In my opinion there is no such thing as a perfectly balanced schedule. Even if we all played each team once would you not agree that all of our teams will look different week to week and especially from beginning to end. If I get Josh week 1 and someone else gets Josh week 21 Josh’s team could have had severe injuries and or undergone a rebuild so I could argue that’s not balanced at all because his team could have been fantastic and ready to go week 1 or early in the year. I don’t think scheduling should be so scrutinized.

Well we do have an issue when it comes to scheduling, our rulebook doesn't indicate how a division is won. So from what it appears Yahoo did was award Texas the division over Baltimore, now was this based on head to head or was this based on division record? They both finished with the same amount of wins. Now I know division record wise Texas played more games in the division than my team because I believe he was 3-2 while I was 3-1.I'm not sure of Baltimore's division record. So an equal number of division games can be an issue if division record is being used.

Texas beat Baltimore head to head that's why he won the division

We will make sure everyone plays the same amount of division games this year. Either play everyone in division once or everyone in division twice. So it's either going to be not playing 2 out of division opponents or playing 2 out of division opponents twice.

Sounds like a good idea, I know from discussions with Josh, that Yahoo has a certain set of what's available and what isn't so something like this and categories might be better off being tabled until Feb when Yahoo starts it's new season. So we can see what's available. Maybe just vote on things Josh can contol and get those settled.

I agree with that NYM, Schedule is something that could be tweaked later. I am going to go ahead and put these other things up for vote later this evening. During our break period I may try to play around with scheduling a lot for fun and see what I come up with.

Categories on the other hand is something that would need to be tweaked now IF there was something to tweak, which I don't think there needs to be any change.
And I can do whatever I want with Categories, I just can't list the options out right. Call out a standard baseball statistic and Yahoo has it.
