I'm sensing what most people's feeling are gonna be on this:
So my proposal is that players can stay on the roster they sit on for the remainder of the season, If they are promoted while over the limits they will no longer be allowed to go back down to the Upper Minors or MilB roster. Keep in mind with this players will still lose a year of eligibility even if they sit in your minors all year because there clock starts once they pass the rookie limits.
Not a bad idea Josh and Gray. Most people would promote those prospects if they're doing well once they pass our imposed limits. If the team does in fact promote a prospect to either the Upper Minors or the MLB then obviously they have made a commitment to that prospect.
