Remember you you must have enough open slots to be able to start an auction. For example Cleveland has 2 Open Slots right now and 2 player nominations available. Let's say Cleveland was leading the bid on another player, He would only be able to start one auction. You have to enough open slots/bid slots to place a bid. Updated |

Mitch Moreland was posted as being a member of the Rangers but he now plays for the Red Sox. Just throwing that out there.

Just a few observations I came across:
-- Most players rostered at the moment is ATL with 23 while STL has 16 available slots
-- Least amount of cash at the is ATL with $9.04 while WAS has the most with a remaining amount of $69.55
-- Most open bids at the moment is SF with 6
-- Currently 51 players are posted in the auction
-- The league still needs to fill another 219 players from the auction with an overall outstanding amount of $484.62

A question about open bids.
Does a bid become invalid when a team has too many open bids where the total amount excess their remaining cash on their team's budget?
So in theory does a bid become invalid when that team places a bid where they cannot cover that bid?
What happens to a bid that is placed if a team places a bid that is over their max bid, when accroding to the ML??

Yes the bid will be invalid the bid that actually put them over the alotted budget.
