The Cubs will offer 3B K. Seager a Qualifying Offer and offer arb to OF A. Almora I noticed the Seager transaction has not been processed. Because of the two listed transactions above we will make another one in case we're close on the budget: Demote SP J. Urias (LAD) to UM Promote SP J. Cotton (CHC) to MLB Urias has 63 GP and a total of 184 IP so he should be okay for another trip to the Upper Minors. |

Senzatela was bid on in free agency back in May because he was being rostered on the upper minors when he had surpassed those limits. He is a free agent and can be bid on starting January 2nd |
