I agree to this deal because it helps improve my offense and pitching staff for this season's playoff run. I lose 2 crucial draft picks but still have a few picks in the upcoming draft to help restock my minor league roster.

I should have the space for this deal to work with the trade of Ramirez to Tex, dropping Matt Adams, and demoting Jose Pirela.

I agree to the trade. Harrison and Souza are on expiring deals and are of little use to my sputtering team. Hill is a useful player that wouldve helped next year, but i clear his 2018 salary for additional payroll flexibility next offseason and add two picks. Covering 2017 salary is no problem as i have plenty left and im looking ahead to 2018.
