2019 MiLB Draft
1. Draft Date: February 16, 2019
2. Time: 8:00 AM Eastern Time
3. Frame: 5 rounds + Supplemental Round
4. Draft Style: Non-Snaking
4. Time Window: 12 hours. You will have 12 hours to make your pick.
5. Missed Picks: If your 12 hours expire the person who has the next pick will be allowed to go ahead and make there selection. The person who missed their pick can make there selection whenever they want to at that point.
6. Eligible players: All players who have signed with an MLB team who have not exceeded 130 AB & 50 IP will be eligible for this draft. High School, College, International players not signed with a MLB Organization prior to the start of the draft are not eligible
7. Trading: Trading is allowed during the draft, You may NOT trade pick while ON THE CLOCK. You can however discuss trades while being OTC and pick the player the other team wants and make the trade after the pick has been made. This will speed up the process. Please try and not make trades when your pick is coming up soon.
8. How to post your selection: Oakland Athletics selects Jimmy Morris SP TBR, Pittsburgh Pirates is OTC. Please post what position and what team the player is on becuase there are a lot of players with similar names.
