Lucas Giolito SP/CWS $0.50 (2nd year of rookie deal)
To make room in my minors, KC will promote Erick Fedde SP/WAS to MLB and release Oscar De La Cruz from my minors.
I do this to continue focusing on my window to compete. I figure that Honeywell will be back for the 2020 season, and hopefully he's still just as effective post TJ. Even if he is not, Ruiz could easily become a top 20 spec (like Francisco Mejia) as he moves up the ladder and I badly needed a catcher of the future.
