Does anyone know why Yahoo will allow you to add a player after the days games have started but not to put in a lineup? I can see if the 1pm game started not allowing that but what about a 4pm or 7pm game later in the day, why no allowance then?

In any fantasy league I have ever done, you can't add players once the days first game has started. It's like that in fantasy basketball as well.

Yesterday as I was putting my players into their spots in yahoo a game started so my lineup didn't take. I was then able to add Maybin as a player I had signed and was awarded before the season began. So I added him he appeared with my other players for 3/29. When I tried to add the rest of my players Yahoo wouldn't allow it.
So I get not allowing it for the 1pm games by why not the 4pm or 7pm games? At least let me start some players. I know CBS with football you can make lineup changes 5 mins before kickoff, 1pm or 4pm

Not sure what happened on your end but after Bryan announced a few moves here in PBs I went to Yahoo and added/demoted/DL those transactions this afternoon after the PT/DET game started and I had no issue at all. In fact I have been able to insert 2B S. Kingery into our starting lineup tonight.

I know a problem I have had for a few days was adding a Manny Pina, everytime I tried to add him they kept processing it on the day I was doing it then wouldn't allow it because the days games already started, Josh finally said you have to wait for morning to do it.I never have been in a league like that
