I like category two if Wins is there instead of K/BB ratio. Plus if you think about it Saves and Holds combined helps everyone especially with this league being twenty teams, some teams may have only one closer or none at all, depending on how much they end up going for in the auction. At least this way you can still get a 8th inning guy and still have a shot at winning the category. Plus, to me wins should be on here as well especially because that is the starting pitcher goal is to win the game.
I propose to add Wins instead of K/BB ratio to category two. I think that would fit this league better.

I would like to emphatically say that I think saves as a category AND holds is too much for this league. It places way too much emphasis on relievers, and it can really mess you over if some manager decides to promote or demote a player. You should not be punished if your holds dude gets promoted to closer on a managers whim.
Saves +holds allows both to be useful without placing so much emphasis on fickle relievers. More strategy, less luck
Therefore I would highly encourage option 2- some may think it is overkill with 2 k categories but truth be told k is one thing, k/BB is a totally different thing as someone can even excell in that category with very few KS

I voted for the first option for two reasons:
1) K/BB is quite repetitive of existing categories (K and WHIP). If you want to represent quality you might consider K/9 over K's, and replace K/BB with IP. The IP suggestion helps balance things out between starters and relievers since relievers tend to have better rate stats.
2) Saves and holds doesn't really bother me - having played in several deep leagues active players are able to keep up with who is earning holds/saves etc. I don't mind combining the categories but would prefer a different alternative from K/BB.

I suggested putting wins as a category instead of K/BB but I like option 2 better out of the two.
