Trading an expiring contract for a promising prospect. Hoping for a rebound from Bruce next year for a little production. If he doesn't I'll eat the $2 to release him.

I agree.

Aaron Hicks will fit in nicely in my injury plagued OF with his 3 position versatility. Bruce didn't really pan out for me this year. So unloading his cap # next year and resetting that money was a bonus.
