We just can't start the Auction until after I return though. The auction requires more than just making bids for me, it is a lot of work for me to keep up with and monitor and keep the spreadsheet updated.

I think this is the best way to go. I think we will be able to get it done before you leave but if we don't we will be in the last few rounds. I would rather not wait a month and a half to start drafting.

And then do the auction after Josh gets back.
