1) Pass this proposal to expand MiLB rosters from 20 to 25 this offseason. This will begin as soon as the spreadsheet is rolled over to 2019.
2) Keep MiLB rosters the same
Needs a two-thirds vote to pass proposal.

As I’ve said before, highly opposed to changes in a dynasty league that owners could have based decisions on in the past unless absolutely mandatory. For this reason I’m voting “no”

To me there is nothing wrong with expanding the minor league roster. I vote yes on this.

To me there is nothing wrong with expanding the minor league roster. I vote yes on this. I mean, people might have made plans/trades/etc around the fact there are 20 minor leaguers. also think this sets a bad precedent |

Atlanta does raise some good points, also it's possible teams didn't make a trade because they wanted to keep the pick but might have made a trade knowing they had more picks

I did vote on it when I left the comment. Yeah Atlanta you do make a valid point, but I still think long term this is a good thing to pass.

This is just additional minors roster spots. the first post of expansion spoke of possible doing something with low minors, low minors is filled with the draft. Now I know this is just increasing the number from 20-25 but I would think drafting would be the fairest way to do so. Whether it's a pick or a prospect, having more of them at a given time does alter what you do or what was done. I was in negotiations with another owner and didn't feel comfortable giving the third prospect they was looking for, had I know I had more options available at that time I would probably have done the deal. At this point I know we don't know if we go to 25 does this mean no drops and just promote the low minors or do we drop 5 promote the low minors and then draft 10 or 5 and then add 5 later. |

No one said it was, this is just voting to see if you want to increase your minors from 20-25,which I said in my second sentence.
