Alright guys this will be the final rule vote on this I promise. Please consider both options. Thanks.
Option 1: A bid must increase by at least $0.10 each bid.
Positives - This is extremely consistent and would not cause any confusion throughout the auctions
Negatives - For Elite players it will be difficult to close out bids. If Trout is bid on at $20 people will keep raising the bid slowly at $0.10.
Option 2: If a bid is less than $2 it must increase by at least $0.10. For example: Bid 1: $1.90 Bid 2: $2.00 (Must be raised at least to this) If a bid is greater than $2 and less than $10 it must increase by at least $0.25. For example: Bid 1: $1.95 Bid 2: $2.20 (Must be raised at least to this) or Bid 1: $9.75 Bid 2: $10 (Must be raised at least to this) If a bid is greater than $10 it must increase by at least $0.50. For example: Bid 1 $9.80 Bid 2 $10.30 (Must be raised to at least this.)
Positives - It will allow for larger and medium bids to close out quicker.
Negatives - Some owners may get confused of when to bid what. Rule 13 states owners should be on top of their rosters and salary however.

I think that this will cause confusion
I also do not get the problem with people slowly raising elite players by .1. We have months and months to finish this draft, time should not be a concern. A concern might be overvalue a player by some money. I think that .1 allows for more accuracy and is also more true of a real auction process.

I don't have a huge problem with either option to be honest. We do have plenty of time to do this draft and it's not like we have huge cap room to work with.
