Like with the deal with Tor I have been looking to move my picks for prospects this allows that and I keep my 1 & 2 round pick,

3rd & 5th round 2019 draft picks.
Hate to give up prospects for unknowns but there are a few guys I like in the draft and this gives me more opportunities to get them. Cleveland was looking for some players with upside & background so this worked.
