I know in CBS I don't have this issue and was wondering out there if any owners on different sites run into the same problem I am having with Yahoo. I accepted a trade it was approved here now in Yahoo because I have gotten home from work late, when I go to accept the trade proposed there I can't because the player has already played. Not sure why it can't just process it for the next day? I tried to drop my player and add the one from the other team having them do the same. Same issue player already played. Well hopefully tomorrow morning I can get it processed of course this isn't really fair to either team since we aren't getting the stats we are supposed too. I was just wondering if this is the same thing in Fantraxx, or ESPN or any other league.

Weird that it wouldn't allow it in the trade screen.

I have seen that before it says Error 134 Player has already played and the only option after that is to hit cancel. It is strange

And to Ken's last question, I haven't had that issue in ESPN or fantrax

It’s because the settings are set at Daily-today. I myself prefer Daily-Tomorrow because you can add/drop players whenever it just won’t process until the next day. From a processing standpoint for me daily-tomorrow is way better. But I also see the benefits of Daily-Today being able to add a player the day of and get that player in your lineup.

I think Daily-today is way better. Last minute changes can be accommodated.

I too was getting the 134 Error message, I know in the CBS league I run you have up until 5 minutes before game time to add for that day, once all games are started then whoever is added is eligible for tomorrow. Thanks for clearing that up Josh and for the info about the other leagues KC

Interesting note... well at least I think it's interesting. I added Ji-Man Choi last night after winning him in auction. Since I was adding him to an empty roster spot, Yahoo let me add him (but wouldn't let me start him) even though his game had already started.
If you're having issues, maybe a straight drop to open a roster spot and then add of the guy could help?

I could be wrong but I think the reason you were able to add Ji-Man Choi was because he was not in the starting lineup. I have been able to add/drop pitchers who were not pitching that particular day.

Starting lineup thing maybe it, I mean he could have come up to pinch hit but since he wasn't in the starting lineup for them it wasn't an issue.
