Hey guys I want to clarify some rules that need to be reworded. We strive to follow closely to the MLB Rules. Not all rules fall in line with the MLB rules but we try to follow as closely as we can. The MLB rules are that if a player has exactly the number of the limits 130 AB / 50 IP that they are still rookie eligible. There are no players that I am aware of that fit this category that would affect us for the MiLB Draft. I recognize this was a grey area and should have been cleared up before the draft. But as I said there are no players that fall into this category currently. Please do not argue with this ruling.
So for example: Babe Ruth has 130 AB exactly. He will qualify for this particular draft. He can be added to in-season following the draft. His Arbitration Clock will not have started yet.
Current Rule
Updated Rule
