In the rules I am unsure if I can place him on my Lower MiLB or not. If I am unable to please move Nick Frasso to the Lower MiLB and place him on my MiLB roster.
If moving a player from MiLB to Lower MiLB is not allowed then please drop Gabriel Garcia.
I couldn't find clear rules stating moving between the Lower and MiLB rosters

So Low minors is solely for Draft picks or the initial waiver period right after the draft. Or any player that gets traded from the Low minors on someone else’s roster. And players can not be demoted from MiLB to Low Minors. |

As a manager that hasn’t been here since the beginning is this is the rules or just what has been determined through the years? I’m fine with the ruling just have a hard time finding stuff sometimes.

Rule 100 covers not being able to be demoted back to low minors. There are several rules that comprise of players on low minors being acquired through the draft and waivers. The rules definitely need to be updated, but I haven’t had the time. 100 - Prospects can move up and down between your major league roster, minor league roster, and ‘Upper Minors’ as long as they have not exceeded (130 AB/ 50 IP/30 games pitched). Once a player is promoted from the Low Minors roster they may not be demoted back. |
