Orioles approved this trade. I get a still very promising prospect with a ton of team control he has alot of potential with solid minor league numbers hopefully in 2022 he will get more of a opportunity. So this trade is definitely about 2022 and beyond for me. While trading Marco Gonzales hurts he has really struggled in 2021 will he rebound the rest of the season to help the Dodgers who knows but he potentially gets me another young player on the cheap for my team.

Once this deal is officially approved move Edwin Rios to upper minors.

Marco hasnt been great this year. But he has a good track record so I'm confident he can turn it around in the 2nd half.
