Reason: There is still a couple players available I'd like to have. I also have a big need for some cash for the season expenses. I have 2 1st's next year so I'm okay with letting one go for a player I like now.

I agree, I didn’t have any player that stood out to me to take in this spot so this is a perfect opportunity to get a 1st rounder next year. I have plenty of cash for this year so that was enough to get a deal done.
