67 – all trades are subject to the league veto process but will be automatically vetoed by the commissioner if a trade will put either party involved over their salary cap or active roster limits. 8 votes are required to veto a trade. A trade that does not receive 8 veto votes will pass and 13 yes votes guarantee a trade will pass. Regardless of the vote result trades will only officially clear after the poll expiry date.
74 - if a trade is uneven in terms of the number of players involved on either side then the team getting the most players will have to drop a player to make room if that team does not have sufficient available empty roster spots, and that player will be subject to the cap penalty. Any player being dropped in this way must be declared in the trade details.
