The Upper Minors roster will become available tonight/tomorrow at 12:00 AM EST.
April 3rd - Opening Day. Upper Minors Roster becomes available.

Alright so I realize the Upper Minors limits may be slightly confusing so I want to go ahead an clarify this.
83 - teams will have their own 5 man ‘Upper Minors’ Roster for players that have exhausted their minor league eligibility and are on or under 600 AB / 200 IP / 80 Games Pitched. Players on your UMR will not count towards your MLB salary cap. You may drop players from your UMR for no penalty. Upper Minors Roster will not be available until April 3, 2017
This means once players have surpassed 130 AB / 50 IP / 30 Games Pitched and have not surpassed 600 AB / 200 IP / 80 Games Pitched players can go to the Upper Minors Roster. So in order to be on this roster players must be within these limitations.

When you demote players to the Upper Minors you should drop the player your roster on Yahoo. There is a lot of roster moves happening, and I'm trying to keep up with most of it, but it's easier when you guys handle the Yahoo side of things. The goal is to always have the MLB roster on the spreadsheet to match with the roster on Yahoo.
