After the Minor League draft all players not rostered who qualify and have not exceeded 130 AB's/ 50 IP / 30 GP will go on waivers for 24 hours. There will be a MiLB waiver priority that will be based on the reverse order of the 1st round of the MiLB Draft. There may be several open minor league spots open due to promotions. Each team can PM me or CWS privately who they want to claim in this format: Number 1 will be your highest priority and the last number will be your lowest priority.
1. Barry Bonds
2. Alex Rodriguez
3. Pedro Martinez.

Or you can post your claim publicly underneath the MiLB Waivers board.

After the 24 hours has passed and teams are awarded there claims, Teams will be allowed to add MiLB prospects as they wish. When MiLB players are dropped they must pass through waivers.

And with that the draft is over. Thanks to all of you who kept the draft moving along. We completed the draft in under 40 days which is very impressive considering the size of the draft.

With the completion of the draft, All players not rostered who qualify for the minor league roster will be placed on waivers for 24 hours starting at 12:00 PM EST December 13th. Seattle still has a chance to re-select his draft choice during that time frame so please be aware of that-

95 - once the draft officially concludes with the scheduled final pick. In the event that a manager who has had a pick, or picks, skipped has not drafted his full allocation of prospects by this time then they will have 24 hours to make their picks or will forfeit those picks.
